How to return an item
We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy from us at Gen X Garage.
If for any reason you change your mind with an item you can return this for a refund or credit up to 14 days from purchase. The goods should be in their original packaging, unused and in new condition.
To initiate a refund please us our contact form. Please list your details and the order number, return the goods to us and we’ll do the rest.
We’ll usually refund the same payment method so we may need to contact you to verify card details as we do not store your card number unless you have asked us to.
